Our green purchasing program for cleaning products and equipment is only one step, complemented with sound operational procedures. Part of our environmental stewardship program is training our cleaning and maintenance staff to handle waste and recycling responsibly. Brad Davidson, RPA®

CEO, Owner

Brad Davidson has 25 years of experience in facilities management, with an exceptional reputation among his clients and employees. He founded Werx FC in Calgary, Alberta, with a vision to make people feel good in the spaces where they work and shop. Brad holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and ConctractorCheck certifications.

Brad's Facilites Management and Operations Experience includes:

  • 60 shopping centres from Victoria to Toronto
     

  • 5 international airports, such as Vancouver, Edmonton, Victoria, Regina and Winnipeg
     

  • 20 million square feet of commercial office space
     

  • Multiple colleges, senior care residences, and 125 Save-on-Foods
